She expressed her shame at the court’s decision on the crime in Mati Zoe Konstantopoulou. “I deeply believe in the law, and I am ashamed of today’s decision of the three-member minor court of Athens for the crime in Mati” said the president of Plefsis Eleftheria.

Shame that a court instead of doing the obvious thing to diagnose that the crime is a felony, that it should have been tried by a mixed jury and referred to the competent court, came today, to decide that 15 main defendants, among them selected persons of Mitsotakis, including Ms. Dourou, they are all innocent… They are guilty of being punished by caresses, two years for each death… for 102 deaths a total sentence of 5 years redeemable for 10 euros per day and with the statutory suspension of the sentence.
