The country’s constitutional name, “Republic of North Macedonia”, appears in the country description under the “MK” category, where geographic, demographic and other information is listed
Gordana Silianovska-Davkova’s bullshit. The official website of the President of the Republic of North Macedonia was renewed today, Monday, as the new president of the state is Gordana Silianovska-Davkova. However, as Skopje media point out, it is surprising that on the home page of the official website, next to the coat of arms, the name of the institution is not written, i.e. “President of the Republic of North Macedonia”.
The country’s constitutional name, “Republic of North Macedonia”, appears in the country description under the “MK” category, where geographic, demographic and other information is listed. In the category “President” it is also mentioned simply “President”, without specifying the country of origin. In addition, in the information about her meetings with ambassadors of foreign countries, it is only stated that “President Silianovska-Davkova had meetings…”.
It is noted that the new president of North Macedonia, Gordana Silianovska, during her swearing-in, on May 12, called the country “Macedonia”, despite the fact that in the text of the oath, which was dictated by the speaker of the outgoing Parliament, Jovan Mitreski, calling Silianovska to repeat it, the country was referred to as “North Macedonia”.
71-year-old Gordana Silianovska-Davkova was elected president of the country in the presidential elections held in North Macedonia on May 8, as a candidate of the right-wing party VMRO-DPMNE, winning by a wide margin over the former Social Democrat president of the country, Stevo Pendarovski.
It is noted that in the presidential account at X Silianovska writes the president of “Macedonia”, but not on Facebook or Instagram.
