Provocative analysis of a Turkish professor on Cyprus on state television: “Turkey has the right to invade Cyprus because of its support for Gaza” – Broadcast by Manolis Kostidis
Israel, after Gaza, has set its sights on Lebanon as well, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, adding that if the war spreads, great destruction will follow. “We support Lebanon,” said the Turkish president.
“We call on the countries of the region to support Lebanon,” Erdogan said, as reported by Manolis Kostidis from Istanbul.
ERDOGAN: “I have to warn about something. It is understood that Israel, which burned and destroyed Gaza, has now set its sights on Lebanon. […] Although the Western powers in front of the cameras talk otherwise, we see that behind the scenes they are patting Israel on the back and even supporting it. It is extremely desperate and deplorable that states, which when they talk about freedom, human rights and justice, are captives of a mental patient like Netanyahu.
I say it openly, the plans for the spread of war in the region are made by Netanyahu with the support of the West, they will lead to a great disaster. The Islamic world and the sister countries of the Middle East should react against these bloody plans before the West. However, we note with sadness that the Islamic world moves as if covered with dead soil. We must not give this chance. Turkey stands by the brotherly Lebanese people and state. I call on the rest of the countries in the region to stand in solidarity with Lebanon. And I call on the rest of the countries to support Lebanon”.
Turkish professor on Turkish state television: “Turkey has the right to invade Cyprus because of its support for Gaza”
Selami Kuran, professor of International Law, said: “Turkey may appeal to the UN Security Council or take other measures denouncing Israel’s use of certain areas of the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus (Republic of Cyprus) as military and logistical bases for the devastation in Gaza, as such a practice violates the guarantee agreement covering the whole of Cyprus.
Turkey is a guarantor and has the right to have a say in situations concerning the entire island. (Cyprus’) military agreements with third countries will be dealt with in this context. As part of the guarantee, it is foreseen to prevent activities that may harm the international status of the island.
Turkey has rights deriving from international law. He has used them in the past. Will use them again if needed. Because the issue of bases being used for military purposes is against the agreements.
If the Greek Cypriot administration (Republic of Cyprus) does not heed these warnings, then Turkey may take some other actions. It can take specific measures regarding the illegal use of airports and ports there. Furthermore, if Hezbollah strikes the side of the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus (Republic of Cyprus), as it claims, then Turkey, as a guarantor, may have something to say regarding the integrity of the island.”

Turkish MP shows 20m long list of foreign drug lords and mobsters living in Turkey
“It must be found with whom they had relations and who covered for them”
TZEBNTET AKAI – REPUBLICAN PEOPLE’S PARTY MP: Last December I published a list of wanted mobsters, drug lords and leaders of criminal organizations. That list was 4.5 meters long, as you will see now… If you can help me. It’s a 20 meter list. It shows the members of international criminal organizations, foreign drug lords who were arrested in Turkey. This of course shows how well they worked at the Ministry of the Interior. Of course, the arrest is not enough, they must be punished and they must be found with whom they had contacts within the country.
