The White House welcomed the support of Greece in Ukraine through the Minister of Foreign Affairs Anthony Blinken.
“Greece remains a vital NATO ally and supporter of Ukrainian sovereignty,” he said in a Twitter message.
“I spoke today with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias about our efforts to support Ukraine in resisting Russia’s unbridled aggression. “Greece remains a vital NATO ally and supporter of Ukrainian sovereignty.”
Mr Blinken contacted Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias. Mr. Blinken mourned the minister for the loss of ten Greeks in the battle of Ukraine.
In the short communication that the two men had, he entered and the Greek-Turkish issue. Mr. Dendias thanked his American counterpart for his stance on Turkey’s request for the demilitarization of our islands.
