Post – response to the government’s energy accuracy measures, entitled “SYRIZA’s “left trees”
The president of SYRIZA-PS, Stefanos Kasselakis, mockingly refers to the government’s energy precision measures.
In his post entitled “Syriza’s ‘left trees'”, he states: “A few months ago we presented our plan to deal with punctuality. ND teased us by talking about lefto trees. Then we answered them. We will retroactively tax the excess profits of energy companies and banks. Now after months of profiteering signed by Mitsotakis, they have decided to tax the surplus profits of the energy companies only for the previous year”.

He then criticizes the prime minister for subsidizing the sky express airline, noting: “But even in this, Mr. Mitsotakis could not resist the temptation. Brings the granting of financial assistance to the airline company sky express in the amount of 8,482,180 euros for the period March-October 2020! In other words, it brings the taxation of the surplus profits of the energy companies together with the support of a private company! Pass for…powerful! Pass”.
In closing, he asks: “How long will Kyriakos Mitsotakis subsidize profiteering and strengthen a handful of the financially powerful?”.
