“Today’s decision of the Court puts a definitive end to all speculation and so on imaginative constructions” states, among others, the former Secretary of the Prime Minister Grigoris Dimitriadis, in his statement on the occasion of the decision of the Supreme Court on the wiretapping case.

The entire statement of Mr. Dimitriadis is as follows:

“I have always respected and respect the work of Justice. After all, this is what I swore to serve in my professional path.

The three years and one month that I was in his position G.G. of the Prime Minister, I served with all my strength the interests of the Motherland and the citizens.

From the first moment, I directly and sincerely assumed the political responsibility, respecting the democratic sensibilities of the Greeks. But also to protect the Motherland, the Government and the Faction.

In a climate of toxicity, I chose the hard way and kept quiet, even though I was never involved.
