Dionysis Teboneras will not be a candidate for president of SYRIZA, as he clarifies in his announcement.
Specifically, in his post he states:

“In relation to publications that see the light of day and concern me:
I will not be a candidate for President of SYRIZA-PS, just as I have never been a candidate for parliamentarian, mayor, MEP, regional governor, etc.
In our Left, the fight for ideas and values does not go “packaged” with positions and positions.
You see, we were taught to give without asking for anything.
I am also a worker, a person of work and toil who strives for a better world and I intend to remain so.”
It is recalled that Mr. Teboneras had resigned from the organs of the official opposition party a few days after the European elections last June, criticizing the leadership of Stefanos Kasselakis.
