The Minister of National Defense also met with the Minister of Defense of Serbia, Bratislav Gacic, today in Belgrade
The Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias was received today in Belgrade by the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.
“In the meeting, which was held in a cordial atmosphere, we discussed the strong ties of friendship between Greece and Serbia and the strengthening of our defense cooperation» says Mr. Dendias in a post on X.

Mr. Dendias also met with its defense minister SerbiaBratislava Gacic.
“During our talks, we discussed the further strengthening of the strategic defense cooperation between Greece and Serbia in the fields of, among others, the training of the officers of our Armed Forces, joint exercises, the interconnection of innovation systems and scientific cooperation between the health services” he points out with a post on X by Mr. Dendias. “During the meeting we also exchanged views on regional and international security issues and I invited my counterpart to visit Athens shortly» adds Mr. Dendias.
