Stefanos Kasselakis responds to the complaints of Pavlos Polakis about his Pothen Esches that he presented at the meeting of the Political Secretariat of SYRIZA.

In his statement, the former president of SYRIZA accuses Pavlos Polakis of not understanding that the form he submitted is his initial declaration on the day of acquiring status and adds that he resigned from all the companies of the group he founded with investor Tiptree Inc as he had left the other companies mentioned by Mr. Polakis before obtaining status.

Mr. Polakis probably does not understand how to fill out the Pothen Esches form.

The form he filed is his initial declaration on the day he became eligible.

Mr. Kasselakis resigned from all the companies of the group he founded with investor Tiptree Inc on March 13, 2023 (6 months before the acquisition of status). He was replaced at the group companies by Tiptree Inc President Randy Maultsby. This includes all special purpose ship-owning companies.

Mr. Kasselakis absolutely correctly declared his participation in Osios LLC, the one-man limited liability company, from which he loaned Left Media, interest-free, to pay for the Christmas gift.

Mr. Kasselakis had left the other companies mentioned by Mr. Polakis before obtaining status.

As for CVfromGreece, it concerns an inactive one-man company (inactive since 2015), through which Stefanos Kasselakis helped young Greeks for free with their CVs and cover letters between 2013 and 2014, at the depth of the financial crisis. I wish Mr. Polakis that he also spoke English and had studied at leading universities, so that he too could help young Greeks in their careers.
