SYRIZA President Socrates Famellos contacted PASOK President Nikos Androulakis by phone.

Mr Androulakis pointed out that PASOK remains stable in his view of submitting the proposal to the government with the knowledge of the new elements of the findings that are implying.

The prime minister’s interview was a monument of unreliability, but it is a mistake for a few days to lose the highest parliamentary weapon of the opposition, as we can come back after 6 months under the Constitution, PASOK’s president stressed.

SYRIZA’s position

The position of SYRIZA-PS is that after Mr Mitsotakis’ interview there is complete documentation of the distrust proposition. And how the motion of censure in the House must be submitted immediately.

Socrates Famellos contacted Alexis Haritsis and Zoe Konstantopoulou and agreed to deposit a joint request for a motion of censure (43 for).

The SYRIZA-PS President also contacted the KKE Secretary-General, Dimitris Koutsoubas, who noted that he would support the motion of censure in the House, but has not agreed on a joint request.

We do not agree with the evaluation of PASOK and the waiting of the COMMUNITY, because we consider that initiatives must be taken immediately, without giving the ND the opportunity to hide or change the agenda.

In any case, the submission of a joint request by the progressive parties remains as our choice.

Now, we consider it necessary to launch immediately and in particular next week the pre -day debate of the political leaders in the House and Mr Mitsotakis to apologize to the Greek people.
