Before its plenary session Parliament The new President of the Republic was sworn in Konstantinos Tasoulaswho succeeds the former Council of State, in the supreme state post, Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
With a ritual of about 1.5 hours, Konstantinos Tasoulas is today the ninth president of the Hellenic Republic, succeeding Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
