What will the opposition do

In any case, the political conflict between the majority and the opposition is expected to culminate in today’s meeting. A sample of writing was also yesterday’s request of the minority at the Conference of Presidents calling for Nikita Kaklamanis’ intervention to continue the pre -trial work, with the Speaker of Parliament declaring unauthorized as this would pose a risk of invalidity of the procedure.

During today’s vote on the request of the former deputy minister, the SYRIZA parliamentary group appears to be ready to leave – as it had done at the previous meeting – and is likely not to submit a decisive report in order not to vote for legalization throughout the process. In PASOK, however, there seems to have been a decision to withdraw from today’s meeting.

Following the vote of the Triantopoulos request, the parties will be given a time deadline for about 10 days to draw their conclusions. The final reason for Mr Triantopoulos’s referral to the Judicial Council will be made in April by the plenary, which will make a decision by secret ballot on the total finding. It is recalled that the composition of the Judicial Council is determined by drawing in the House.
