The triptych of government planning, in terms of defensive systems coded as follows:

– In addition to the large supplies of defense equipment, utilizing all weapons in modern war, such as drones, anti-drones, composite radar systems, anti-missile protection.

– Utilizing the potential of modern technology, but also effective shielding over the threats it can cause. Both strategically, for example, of cyber -defense in the Armed Forces, and practically with the operation of the Army Foundations that can work with research centers and Greek businesses to produce standard weapons.

– No supply of weapons systems will be made unless it is accompanied by securing the participation of the domestic defense industry (ODA, shipyards and defense systems), which will produce Greek components. The involvement of the domestic defense industry is also promoted under the Rearm Europe, in addition to national weapons supplies.

In addition to the reinforcement, renewal and upgrading parameter, the Prime Minister and the Minister of National Defense will present to Parliament planning and measures to restructure the armed forces:

– The modifications made or are launched for the new organization of the term of office to evolve into a comprehensive process of acquiring extensive basic business knowledge and development of special skills, which can give certified specialty. The changes are also extended to uniform and equipment to meet modern business needs and to move to a modern army. At a second level and in the context of changes in the reserve, the voluntary recruitment program will begin to be implemented.

– The new provision of the camps, which is done by operational and not by geographical criteria. The restructuring plan includes closure of camps and the creation of multifaceted units with the central aim of increasing militant power and improving the reaction time of the army.

– The new financial support announced for the Armed Forces, where the option will be announced to be announced now, which is also related to the pursuit of motivating more candidates to select the military schools in the IT to admission to HEIs.
