Judge Irena Gioka, who sentenced me, had been convicted of forgery in Greece with a 3 -month prison sentence, Fredis Beleris said
The MEP of ND and EPP, Fredd Bellerregarding the concealment of Judge Irena Giokas of her conviction in Greece, she said:
“In an attempt to restore the injustice suffered, imprisoned for 16 months and deprived of the opportunity to take on the mayor TorrentI provided important evidence to the Supreme Court on my illegal trial.
Judge Irena Gioka, who sentenced me, had been convicted of forgery in Greece with a 3 -month prison sentence (which was converted into a fine) and deported by the Greek state.
This explains the hatred that feeds on the Greek national minority and its elected representatives.
No, only as a judge but also as president of the Special Court during 2023, he violated the law, used illegal proceedings and false evidence against me.
A doomed person, according to the Constitution, cannot be a judge in the Republic of Albania, let alone the president of Gjkko, the country’s most important court. This clearly demonstrates the illegal and politically arranged process that took place against me.
They were arrested by a prosecutor who is currently in custody for illegal influence on nine cases he had handled, I was convicted by a convicted judge who should not serve in the judicial system.
Consequently, today, by law, I have asked the Albanian Supreme Court to revise the decisions that concern me. I hope the Albanian justice will be lifted to the circumstances. Even now, even late. Light must beat the darkness“
Ms. Gioka’s conviction
According to a decision by the court of Ioannina, Judge Gioka tried to falsify the details of her stay and her visa in Greece. Specifically, her conviction was based on a fact on December 24, 2002, when during the passport check in Kakavia, Ioannina, she was found to have fake travel documents. The passport it had had been altered, with a visa falsification where its expiration date had changed.
The ruling confirms that the falsification of the passport was actually fake and the judge was convicted of the action. The decision was issued on July 7, 2005 and Gioka was declared guilty of the offense.
Consequently, Irena Gioka did not have to hold a place in the neighboring country’s judicial system, as she has hidden her conviction in Greece in the criminal record submitted by public officials.
It is recalled that Mrs. Giokas was in the composition of the court that sentenced the then -elected Mayor of Fredis Beller and deprived him of his political rights.
