Regarding hybrid attacks and cyber-security, he stressed that there is a “special chapter in the EU Strategic Compass”. He added: “Hybrid attacks target infrastructure and every country must be prepared to deal with them.”

Regarding the Greek-Turkish issue, N. Panagiotopoulos underlined that after the productive meeting between Mitsotakis and Erdogan, “the current situation could be a starting point for some kind of reconciliation for our bilateral disputes.”
