In the plenary hall this morning, the draw of members of the Judicial Council, provided by the law on the responsibility of ministers, was held after a prosecution by the House against the House of Representatives. Mr. Ah. Karamanlis for the offense of breach of duty.
The Judicial Council consists of two members of the Council of State and three members of the Supreme Court, while one of the members of the Supreme Court – as a special investigator is appointed by the judicial council.
Five judges, three from the Supreme Court and two from the CoE.
Specifically, Ms were drawn Breed Styliani (Supreme Court), K. Yarenis Elias (Supreme Court), K. Nakou Constantine (Supreme Court), K. Rogy (Co) and K. John’s accomplice (Co).
Alternate members of the Judicial Council were drawn three judges, two from the Supreme Court (Apostolopoulos Ioannis and Goudi-Nine Panayiotas) and one of the CoE (Sparis Odysseus). Mrs was drawn as a prosecutor of the Judicial Council. Jacket and as his deputy, Mr. Sofoulakis Constantine.
It is recalled that the former minister was referred by the plenary with 157 “yes” to the Judicial Council last July to investigate the merits or not of the category.
