Economou for Tsipras: From bilingualism, it has passed to meaningless pluralism

by

The Deputy Minister in response to the Prime Minister and Government Spokesman Giannis Oikonomou responded to the statement of Alexis Tsipras regarding the speech of the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

Mr. Oikonomou accused the president of SYRIZA that with his positions “he did not add anything substantial that can be applied to the given reality” while he stressed that Mr. Tsipras “has passed from bilingualism to meaningless pluralism”

His announcement in detail:

“As everyone understood, Mr. Tsipras’ statement-chore was made only because he had announced in advance that he would respond to the Prime Minister. He did not add anything substantial that could be applied to the given reality, and reaffirmed that it has passed from bilingualism to meaningless pluralism. He described as “words of the air” important things that have happened in the country in recent years: 1277 out of 577 ICUs, more than 14000 health recruitments, inclusion in the NSS over 700 private sector beds, allocation of all vacancies in the private sector in the NSS , ordering services of private doctors, 16200 appointments of teachers, 1320 out of 850 buses in the transport of Athens, the vaccination program “Eleftheria” and many more.

The most tragic of all is that even with half-heartedness he cried out at this time his real interest: chairs and offices through the pandemic. “The prime minister has spoken honestly and has shown that he has the courage, the resources and the responsibility to manage reality as it is, in order to protect public health as much as possible and to keep the country afloat in the pandemic.”
