Charilaou Trikoupi enters the final stretch for the reconstruction of PASOK-Movement for Change, the “breaking” of the party walls and the consolidation of an open party with the promotion of its members as central protagonists.
On May 8, the members of the local and prefectural organizations are elected, as well as the 4,200 delegates in view of the 3rd Congress of the Movement for Change, which will take place on May 20-22 at the TAE KBO NTO, as well as the choice of the party’s name in the upcoming national elections.
The political dowry of 270 thousand voters in the processes for the election of President in December in combination with the explicit commitment of Nikos Androulakis for renewal-unity-political autonomy and a popular Movement, have put on alert the members of PASOK-Movement for Change.
What is broadcast in all tones is how simple the process is but also the increased possibilities of electing the interested delegates thanks to the mono-cross opening the party to the society and putting aside the party mechanisms. That is, making in practice again attractive the involvement with politics especially of the youth and the society dynamically present at the Conference-political renaissance.
Nominations for the bodies and for the delegates are submitted until Wednesday 4 May at 14:00 either electronically through a form found by the interested parties on the website of the Movement for Change or by submitting an email to: [email protected] or even by phone at 210-3665302.
Only members of the Movement have the right to apply. No member has the right to run for more than one body, but he has the right to run for office and also to be elected a member.
