He completed his apology before her Investigator of the Special Court Konstantina AlevizopoulouThe former Minister Dimitris Papagelopoulos accused of series of offenses on court proceedings in incrimination of the ten politicians in Novartis case.

Handed over multi-page memo where exceeds six hundred pages, while in a statement he characterized it his own indictment.

Dimitris Papagelopoulos, who served as Deputy Minister of Justice in the SYRIZA ANEL governments, is accused of organizing the investigation of the corruption prosecutor’s office for Novartis in order to target the ten politicians, while he also faces crimes for which he complained the businessman Sambi Mioni.

To the former minister, who faces a total of 8 offenses, no restrictive condition was imposed.

After the completion of the apology of Dimitris Papagelopoulos, the interrogation for the incrimination of the ten politicians and the complaints of Mioni, is coming to an end and the case will go to the competent judicial councilwhich will decide whether or not there will be a referral to the Special Court for the former minister and the non-political persons who are alleged to be involved in this much-praised case.

In a written statement, Mr. Papagelopoulos stated:

“Ms. Alevizopoulou called on me to apologize to the indictment she wrote against me, according to the vengeful political persecution of the majority of the Parliament. looting of the Greek people that took place with the huge scandals of Novartis and the unprecedented tax evasion in Greece.

These accusations have already completely collapsed. I decided not to legitimize with my apology the poorly made accusations the instrumentalization of Greek justice. Out of respect for the Greek judiciary, I appeared today as a former prosecutor and my lawyers Dimitris Papagelopoulos and Manos Rodousakis filed my own indictment which initially consists of 640 pages and a number of relevant supporting documents.

My indictment proves beyond any reasonable doubt that the Novartis scandal is the biggest since the establishment of the Greek state and the attempt to cover it up by vicious and corrupt people is the biggest political fraud since the establishment of the Greek state.

The same thing happens with the scandal of the big tax evasion in Greece. The facts that emerged from the interrogation of Mrs. Alevizopoulos are infinite and shocking. I am obliged to return soon with a new supplementary indictment of my own to include and bring to justice and the latest evidence that has emerged and to inform the Greek people as fully as I can about the decay and decline that has eroded part of the political system. and a small part unfortunately and justice. I will not leave anything unclear. “Unfortunately, the end will be very painful for some.”
