Jack Grilli says he’s not interested in criticizing his debut season at Manchester City but admits he’s making “more freedom” for England.

Despite winning the Premier League with Josep Guardiola’s team, the midfielder only allowed 6 goals and 4 assists in all tournaments.

On top of this, one of England’s goals in their country’s 21 home games is to question the departure of the most expensive British player in history since City paid Aston Villa 100m last summer.

However, Gririch, who will start Saturday’s Nations League match against Italy after drawing 1-1 with Germany on Tuesday, stressed that he is still a relatively new man at the highest level.

“It doesn’t really bother me,” he said when asked for his number.

“Even in England, there may be more assists. I don’t know how many penalties I won. Probably 7 or 8. I feel like England are not scoring enough, but I can still score. I feel. I feel like I can reach more goals and hopefully I can reach them next year. “.

Striker says he likes playing with Gareth Southgate in England but blames himself for not creating a better person in Guardiola’s structured environment.

“It may look like you’ve played a little safer in the city, but when you come here, it looks like you’re training a lot. You score goals and get assists,” he added.

It’s hard to explain when I come. I feel like I’m playing more freely here, and I hope I can transfer it to my football club and improve it.

The 26-year-old Grill claims to have been fired up to win his first trophy since beating City in a scoreline with Liverpool.

“So I went to town to win the title and to be honest it was one of the best days,” he said.

“I feel happy and I hope it calms me down a bit.”
