Naomi Osaka and Eugene Bushar will not be at Wimbledon 2022 due to a rating point mismatch.

Former World No. 1 Osaka (a four-time winner) and Bushar, who competed in the W19 Women’s Championship at SW19 in 2014, cited the WTA’s decision and earned Wimbledon ranking points. A world famous tournament.

The WTA called out the ATP after Wimbledon decided to ban Russian and Belarusian players from this year’s event as Wimbledon continues the war in Ukraine. In other words, players like Arina Sabalenka, who is 5th to 5th in the world, cannot play.

Both women are also dealing with the trauma that helped them make the decision not to participate, Osaka had an Achilles tendon problem and Bushar had shoulder surgery.

Osaka caused a stir with her latest comments about Wimbledon, calling this year’s championships an “exhibit”. This sparked a furious Twitter frenzy from former godfather of the world and British hero Andy Murray.

“I don’t know why, but playing Wimbledon without points makes it look like an exhibition,” said a 24-year-old Japanese footballer.

“I know this isn’t true? But this is exactly what my brain feels like. I can’t do it 100 percent.”

Murray, a two-time men’s champion, wrote on Twitter:

My friends and I love soccer and none of us know or care how many points the team will earn to win the World Cup.

But you know exactly who won the World Cup and the Masters. Most people who saw Center Court at Wimbledon in a few weeks thought they didn’t know or care how many qualifying points a player would earn to win a third-round match.

But I guarantee you remember who won. Wimbledon is in no way an exhibition and it doesn’t feel like an exhibition. Დ Finished. ‘

Meanwhile, 28-year-old Canadian Bushar confirmed his departure on Twitter, posting:

PR records are limited due to shoulder surgery. As much as I love and miss Wimbledon, there is no point in using PR records without ranking points in tournaments.
