Olympiacos: Reinforcement with Koumboura

New transfer for Olympiakos Militsa Koumboura. The 27-year-old Serva diagonally signed her contract with the “red and white” and was announced by the Piraeus volleyball team.

It is not the first time that Koumboura will compete in the Greek league, as she moved from PAOK two years ago and has full knowledge of the domestic competitions.

He has won two Serbian Championships, two Serbian Cups and one German Cup. With the national team of Serbia, she won the second place in the European junior championship, while she also has a third place in the girls’ world championship.

OLYMPIAN S.F.P. announces the start of its collaboration with Militsa Koumboura. Serva Diagonia (born 20/3/1995, height 1.94m) signed her new contract and joins the roster of the club’s Women’s volleyball team.

Militsa Koumboura started her career at Red Star, with whom she became a two-time champion and Serbian Cup winner (2011-13). From 2014 to 2018, he played for Florida State University. Upon completion of her studies in the USA in 2018, she returned to Serbia, on behalf of Partizan.

In 2019-20, Koumboura moved to Germany, played in Dresden and won the German Cup, while in 2020-21 she played for PAOK. In 2010, he first wore the shirt of the Serbian U18 National Team, with which he won the U18 World Championship in 2011, while a year later, he won the silver medal at the European U20 Championship.
