Pylaia won the Thessaloniki derby 24-22 at the headquarters of Panorama in a postponed match of A1 women’s handball and mathematically secured the second place of the second group, behind PAOK, when it participated in the playoffs of the championship.
The match was a real derby, with both teams keeping pace in the score until 13-10 of the first half. In the second half, the guests had a small lead, Panorama equalized 19-19 in 50’΄, but Pylaia kept its composure in the last minutes and reached the victory.
