Tsardakis in PAOK’s first team

Lefteris Tsardakis will play for PAOK this season. The “black and white” amateur announced the promotion of the 17-year-old pivot from the Academies to the first men’s handball team of “Dikefalos” for the next year.

In detail, the announcement:

“PAOK and the men’s handball department announce the promotion of the athlete, Lefteris Tsardakis, to the first team for this year’s season 2022-2023.

The Greek pivot, born in 2005 and with a height of 178cm, competed last year with PAOK’s Youth and Youth teams, performing very well.

Thus, this season he will be on the roster of the men’s team, with PAOK proving its trust in its Academies, as well as in the new generation of athletes.

Regarding the promotion to the men’s team, Lefteris Tsardakis stated on the club’s official website, acpaok.gr: “I am very happy to be a member of the PAOK men’s team. I would like to thank the President, Athanasios Katsaris, the registrar, Dimitris Hasekidis, and the coach, Panagiotis Gousios, for their trust. It is a new challenge for me, from which I have a lot to gain. I wish you a good year, without injuries.”
