The main topic of the EEC President’s visit to Russia was possible assumption of the technical leadership of our National by the Greek coach, with Mr. Liolios emphasizing in statements that “There is no white smoke, but we are in good communication.”
Details of what the EEC President told NOVA:
“I had an invitation from Mr Vatutin to contact us. We had a meeting, which took place in a great atmosphere. He is a very nice personality and physiognomy, who made a positive impression on me and we exchanged views on many issues. We also talked about the issue of Mr. Itoudis. After all, that was the main concern. CSKA has fully understood our plan and vice versa.
There is no white smoke, but we are in good communication, the future will show how well things will turn out. Mr. Vatutin is a leading figure, I am very happy that this meeting took place. Only good things can come out of these discussions. “I hope everything goes better in the future.”
