The narrator Galvão Bueno received the negative test for Covid-19 this Friday (18) and is cleared to travel to Qatar for the World Cup. The information was released by Rede Globo.
He would make the first match of the Cup on Sunday (20), but was replaced by Luís Roberto due to the initial diagnosis. Now, Galvão will debut with the Brazilian national team next Thursday (24).
At the age of 72, the narrator is participating in his 13th World Cup. Through social networks, he shared a video of the fifth championship and celebrated the news.
“Let’s go with this beautiful memory before the 2022 World Cup!! The Penta!! Unforgettable!! And Hexa is right there!! Qatar is gone!!”, he wrote.
