“Bell” of the EPO in Panachaiki. The Arbitration Court of the Hellenic Football Federation announced a penalty of -6 points to the parent team from the Super League 2 championship for debts to its former players, Albert Bruce and Costa Papadopoulos. The “rosoneri” of Achaia have the right to pay this amount within five working days, so that the penalty is lifted.
In detail, the announcement of the EPO: “It accepts the application of professional football player Albert Bruce against PAE Panachaiki. It imposes on PAE Panachaiki the penalty of deducting 3 points from the table of the league in which it participates until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer at a rate of 50%, a) the amount of 7,286.24 euros and b) the amount of 100 euros for awarded court costs, with legal interest, in accordance with the provisions of the final decision No. 373/2021 of the P.E.E.O.D./EPO.
Accepts the application of professional football player Konstantinos Papadopoulos against PAE Panachaki. It imposes on PAE Panachaiki the penalty of deducting 3 points from the table of the league in which it participates until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer at a rate of 50%, a) the amount of 4,957.37 euros and b) the amount of 150 euros for awarded court costs, with statutory interest, in accordance with the provisions of the final decision No. 314/2022 of the P.E.E.O.D./EPO”.
