Definitive goodbye to the playing fields said today Tom Brady. The NFL legend is considered by many to be the greatest player in the history of the sport and ended his massive career with a message on social media.
“I’ll get straight to the point. I’m retiring…for good this time“, the 45-year-old initially said in a video he published.
During his career – which spanned 23 years – he won seven Super Bowls (more than any other player in the history of the sport) and ranks at the top of most statistical categories.
One year ago, in February 2022, Tom Brady had again announced the end of his career, however he changed his decision and returned to action for another year.
Although his team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, did not impress with their presence this year, he finished the year with amazing statistics, proving that he had the stamina to compete at a higher level until the end.
Truly grateful on this day. Thank you?????? pic.twitter.com/j2s2sezvSS
