That NBA announced the substitute players for the All Star Game which will be held on February 19 in Utah. The choices were made by the 30 coaches of the league and they exist significant absencessuch as Harden, Leonard, Butler, Booker, Davis Young, LaVine, Kuzma and Siakam.
