Jose Boto is in Thessaloniki on behalf of PAOK since last night, who will take over the position of technical director in the “black and white” PAE.
His recruitment may not have been officially announced, but the Portuguese will have a series of important meetings with executives of the football department to be informed about the needs of the club and the priorities in the winter transfer period.
The first person that Boto will meet is Razvan Lucescu, with whom they already had a first (telephone) communication a few days ago.
The same will happen with Pablo Garcia, who leads PAOK B ‘, and then he will talk to the people of the academies and the technical director, George Georgiadis.
The program seems quite busy, since Boto is expected to leave for Portugal tomorrow to spend the change of year in his homeland and will return to Thessaloniki.
From Monday, therefore, he will officially take over his new duties and will run all the issues that concern the “Northern Biceps”, such as the necessary additions, the renewals of the players’ contracts that must remain and there will be departures for those who do not included in the coach’s plans.
