Super League Board of Directors: “Measurements only with certified tools – Matches in the stadiums” – AEK abstained

The Board of Stoiximan Super League held an emergency meeting via video conference on Wednesday night. After the meeting, the Stoiximan Super League issued the following statement:

The Board of Directors of the Super League, during today’s meeting (in which 13 of its 15 members were present – PAE AEK and PAE PANAITOLIKOS were absent), unanimously decided the following:

1) The correct way to measure goal posts is that defined in the relevant FIFA regulation, i.e. a laser device or a special measuring rod and no other way

2) It is the obvious desire and preference of all that, for the good of football, matches should be judged on the pitches,

3) Henceforth, every observer and facility coordinator of the Super League will be instructed to measure the dimensions of the goal posts using a certified method at the match preparation meeting (morning meeting), if the visiting team raises an issue ( a special measuring stick that will be certified by the official partner of the Super League for matters of playing fields).
