By posting it on his personal account at instagram the 31-year-old midfielder who recently joined the Spanish Intercityannounced that he was retiring from active duty underlining that life is too short and death lurks at any moment.
In his career he played among others in his homeland for Galatasaray, Karagümruk, Hatayspor and Basaksehir, while outside of Turkey he was tested in Deportivo La CoruñaAl-Wahda and Intercity with whom he has registered just one appearance since January 27.
His message on instagram:
“I quit football… I kiss the hands of everyone who has worked with me. God bless you. From today, I will live for the happiness of my family. There is death, spend time with your loved ones”.
