The First Instance Single Member Disciplinary Body imposed fine to four PAEs of the Stoiximan Super League, for their stop frame games of the 22nd matchday of the league.
Specifically, Mr Mars was punished with a fine of 10,500 euros, h AEK with 9,500 euros, o Olympic with the amount of 4,000 euros, while finally a fine of 3,000 euros was imposed on PAS Ioannina.

He accepts that the inmate committed the disciplinary offenses attributed to her. TO PAE AEK
He accepts that the inmate committed the disciplinary offenses attributed to her. TO PAE ARIS
He accepts that the inmate committed the disciplinary offenses attributed to her. It imposes on PAE ARIS a) the monetary penalty of seven thousand (7,000.00) euros for the 1st act which it committed as a repeat offense, given the finding of its disciplinary responsibility for similar acts in six previously conducted matches of the same season, pursuant to of no. 146/25-8-2022, 161/8-9-2022, 180/30-9-2022, 197/14-10-2022, 203/21-10-2022 and 250/18-11-2022 of final decisions of present disciplinary body (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4, para. a’, 15 para. 2 para. a’ of the EPO Code), b) the financial penalty of two thousand (2,000.00) euros for the 2nd act (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 para. 1, 2, 3 and 4, para. a’, 15 para. 1 para. a’ of the Criminal Code of EPO) and c) the fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros for the 3rd act which she committed as a repeat offender, given the finding of her disciplinary responsibility for similar acts in four previously held matches of the same season, pursuant to no. 161/8-9-2022, 180/30-9-2022, 230/4-11-2022 and 244/11-11-2022 of final decisions of this disciplinary body (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4, para. a’, 15 para. 3 para. I. a’, e’ of the EPO Code of Practice). Determines a total monetary penalty of ten thousand five hundred (10,500.00) euros.
TO PAE PAS YIANNINA
He accepts that the inductee committed the disciplinary offense attributed to her. It imposes on PAS GIANNINA the monetary penalty of three thousand (3,000.00) euros for the above act which it committed as a repeat act, given the finding of its disciplinary responsibility for similar acts in three previously conducted matches of the same season, pursuant to of no. 205/21-10-2022, 274/23-12-2022 and 38/2-2-2023 of final decisions of this disciplinary body (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4, approx. a’, 15 par. 2 para. a’ of the EPO Code of Practice).
