Extension in hope for Bosnia, Georgia

Bosnia remained in the “hunt” of qualifying for the finals of the World Cup, after defeating Montenegro 74-66 in Tuzla for the 11th matchday of the 11th group and tied with its opponent in the third privileged position, but it is disadvantaged in the tie at the moment.

The first scorers of the winners were Roberson with 19 and Halilovic with 16 points. For the visitors, Perry had 19 and Radovic 16 points.

In the other two group games, Lithuania and France also won. “Lithuania” prevailed over Hungary 89-64 in the Baltic country, having first scorers Kuzminskas (14 points), Tarolis (13 points), while Hopkins had 17 points for the visitors.

For their part, the “tricolors” defeated the Czech Republic away from home 72-59 with Uebaniama leading the way (22 points, 17 rebounds).

In the other two games, Spain won in Iceland 80-61 with Salvo leading the way with 18 points, while Italy narrowly beat Ukraine 85-75 in the neighboring country with Magnion and Spisu leading the way with 28 and 21 points respectively.
