Fabio Silva opened the scoring in just the ninth minute for the home side, but Misiden equalized in the opening minutes of the second half.
De Jong’s 100th Dutch league goal put Eindhoven back in front for 2-1, with Simmons ending the match in the 74th minute with a superb individual effort.
