The Primary Single Member Disciplinary Body of the Professional Football Association A2 National Category made the following decisions:

IT IS ACCEPTED that PAE OLYMPIAKOS B is responsible for the disciplinary offense attributed to it for leaving the field at fault without the referee having interrupted the match and having given a relevant order after its start, with the consequence that the match was not completed due to its fault. IMPOSES PAE OLYMPIAKOS B the penalties:

a) the loss of the match against PAE KIFISIA with goals 0-3

b) deduction of five points from the current season 2022-2023 and five points from the next season 2023-2024 and

c) a fine of €80,000.

IT IS ACCEPTED that PAE OLYMPIAKOS B committed the disciplinary offense attributed to it of the entry of its fans into the playing field, during the match, which (entry) was not linked to violence against persons or damage to property and was limited to a small number of people. IMPOSES the fine of €2,500 on PAE OLYMPIAKOS B. Namely, it determines a total monetary penalty of €81,125 per merger”.
