Fabiano spoke about the responsibility he and his teammates have to improve the team’s image and bring it back to positive results, leading it to the playoffs with better conditions ahead of tomorrow’s match between Aris and PAS Ioannina.

To be more productive and create more chances in the coming game. When we don’t get the result we want, we have to stick together as a team, discuss the mistakes, to come out stronger afterwards. This is what we must do now!’

About how he is waiting for PAS Ioannina, a team that gets good results in the second round, he said: “It will be a tough game, no doubt. Indeed, PAS Ioannina has got good results in the second round and that says a lot. The most important thing for us, though, is to bring our own quality to the pitch. To respect the opponent, but to confirm our own qualitative superiority, in order to get the victory”.

Specifically, regarding what Aris must do against PAS Ioannina to win, he focused on the following: “First of all, we have to look our best. In Ioannina we beat this opponent by a big score, but for a while during the match we suffered, and we don’t forget that. PAS Ioannina has good players in some positions, which we must pay special attention to. I repeat, however, that the crucial thing is to bring out our qualitative superiority on the field, in order to reach the victory!”.
