By decision of the Deputy Minister of Culture and Sports, Lefteris Avgenakis, after the relevant investigation of the Department of Classic Sports and Athletics of the GGA, the complaints of 25 athletes and one athlete are sent by the Organ Gymnastics for sexual harassment and physical harassment. their coaches, in:
* Head of the Athens Prosecutor’s Office, according to article 38 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on “obligation to report a criminal act”,
* Hellenic Gymnastics Federation, for the initiation of disciplinary proceedings,
* Hellenic Olympic Committee, for the transfer of the case to the “Committee of Fan Spirit, Ethics and Ethics”,
* Ministry of Education, for the due service of the complainants, who are employed as Teachers or seconded Federal coaches.
It is recalled that the Deputy Minister of Sports brought to the attention at the end of October the specific 26 individual complaints against 30 coaches and coaches, who were named and accused of from the late 80s to the 2000s, sexually harassing and sexually abusing verbal violence, but also emotional abuse, as training practices.

From the relevant research that followed, with cross-referencing of the data and from the Register of Sports Clubs, it emerged that:
* Two of the complained coaches have an active contract with sports clubs (one of them is accused by eight athletes and the other by two)
* Six of the defendants, accused by 11 female athletes and one athlete, are included in the JMC assigning the duties of Federal Coaches / Technical Advisers in Physical Education educational branches for the school year 2021-2022
* Many of the complainants still work in Higher Education (TEFAA), some have passed away or retired or are no longer employed as coaches, but are active in other fields, however related to instrumental and rhythmic gymnastics.
In addition, Mr. Avgenakis is considering further actions and taking institutional initiatives, in cooperation with the competent Ministries.
