The athlete was exercised criminal prosecution for rape, sexual indecency of a minor and supply-possession of narcotics for personal use, as he was found to be in possession of 1.5 grams of heroin.
Along with Kleiman was another Volos football player, who did not participate in the incident, but was removed from the team.
