The annual list of the 10 highest paid athletes in the world was announced this year by the famous American magazine “Forbes”.
By Cristiano Ronaldo to be the one at the top, having a total income of 123 million euros and leaving behind the other big football stars, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappewho are in the Top-3 with 118 and 109 million euros respectively.
The first five are completed by LeBron James with 108.5 million euros and the Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez with 100 million euros.
Following are two golfers, o Dustin Johnson with 97 million euros and Phil Mickelson with 96 million euros, in sixth and seventh place respectively.
The four-time NBA champion, Steph Curry with an income of 91 million euros, he took eighth place and the veteran top tennis player Roger Federer – who is the only athlete who has retired from action and is on the relevant list – the ninth with 86.5 million euros.
The top ten is closed by Kevin Durant of the Phoenix Suns with 81 million euros, while ours John Antetokounmpo is in the 12th.
