At noon on Wednesday (3/5), which turned into a historic day for the “clover”, the Board of Directors of the Athens Olympic Sports Center unanimously approved – as the relevant announcement states – the contract concession of the closed in KAE Panathinaikos for the next 49 years and they are now left signatures only!

The relevant law, we remind you, has been passed by the Greek Parliament more than a year, but had to overcome dozens of obstaclesin order to reach the present day.

UNANIMOUS APPROVAL OF THE CONCESSION AGREEMENT WITH KAE PANATHINAIKOS

The Board of Directors of the “Athens Olympic Sports Center – Spyros Louis”, at its meeting today, unanimously approved the draft of the Concession Agreement of the indoor gym “Nikos Galis” to KAE Panathinaikos, pursuant to Article 44 of Law 4934/2022.

After a long period of discussions with KAE Panathinaikos, to settle the individual issues and the details of the Concession Agreement, the public interest was fully ensured, the continuation of the orderly operation of the entire Olympic Complex, as well as the safeguarding of amateur sports, which until today they operate in the premises of the closed gym “Nikos Galis”.

In the next few days, the Concession will be completed, with the signing of the relevant Agreement between OAKA and KAE Panathinaikos.
