For the second day in a row, Alexei Sved is being treated in a Moscow clinic after being attacked by five hooligans outside a restaurant on Monday night, which left him seriously injured Traumatic Brain Injury.
The health condition of the 24-year-old guard is improving and he is expected to be discharged from the hospital in the coming days, at the time when the Moscow Police Authorities announced the arrest of three suspects related to the case.
Wednesday afternoon, players and technical staff of CSKA Moscow they visited Alexei Shved in hospital, with the club’s people wishing him a speedy recovery. In fact, the Russian club also published the first photos of the basketball player after the incident, in which he appears with a collar around his neck and visibly distressed.
“Today the players of our team visited Swed in the hospital. We wish Alexei a lot of strength, patience and optimism in this difficult time. I wish you a speedy RECOVERY!”, was CSKA’s message on social media.
Let’s remember that according to his wife, the perpetrators attacked Sved, because of him they lost money in a bet.
