Article 11 Duration, day and time of competition paragraph 5:
In exceptional cases, the organizer may change the day, time and venue of the match, but is obliged to notify all involved and the relevant Class Department at least forty-eight (48) hours before the rescheduled start time of the match.
The 48-hour period starts from the sending of the notice, by FAX or electronic mail, from the organizer to the parties involved.
