Article 11 Duration, day and time of competition paragraph 5:

In exceptional cases, the organizer may change the day, time and venue of the match, but is obliged to notify all involved and the relevant Class Department at least forty-eight (48) hours before the rescheduled start time of the match.

The 48-hour period starts from the sending of the notice, by FAX or electronic mail, from the organizer to the parties involved. Exceptionally for health reasons and only when it comes to the case of a pandemic (Covid-19), the above deadline can be further shortened to at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the match.

The events committee of the EPO and the respective organizing authority for the professional and local championships of the associations with a reasoned decision of the Board of Directors. of the President and its Deputy President / Vice President, can decide to postpone matches or match days in special cases of force majeure.

Accordingly, by decision of the Board of Directors of the organizer may suspend the start or continuation of a championship or even stop it definitively provided that the provisions of this regulation (SL) are not violated.
