Matsara without a winner between Diagoras and Herakles in Rhodes!

After a satisfying game, the last game of Betsson Super League 2 Group A, Diagoras and Iraklis drew with a score of 2-2.

The “old man” saw Aleksic’s header stop on the crossbar of Athanasopoulos, after Tomas’ corner, in the 27th minute. However, Jubitana opened the scoring with an excellent free-kick to take his tally to 13 goals in this season’s league in the 41st minute.

The hosts managed to equalize, finally, at 65; thanks to Manias’ well-timed penalty kick, but Heracles took the lead again with Aleksic scoring his 15th goal to make it 1-2 in the 76th minute.

However, Diagoras had not said his last word, with Manias… striking again, four minutes before the end, making the final 2-2 with a header.

A result that finds the Rhodesians at +3 from the relegation zone, while at the same time it raised the Thessalonians to fifth place in the standings.
