Extraordinary General Assembly and Share Capital Increase on Thursday (17/05) in PAOK

An Extraordinary General Assembly will be held tomorrow (17/05) at 10 am at the offices of PAOK PAOK in Toumba, with the main topic of the agenda being the increase in the team’s share capital, in order to cover the loss of the previous year .

An increase, which, of course, will also be covered by Ivan Savvidis, like all the previous ones, with the amount of the last AMK in May 2022 being 4.5 million euros.

“INVITATION OF THE SHARES OF THE FOOTBALL JOINT STOCK COMPANY NAMED “PANTTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLETICS OMILOS CONSTANTINOPOLITON” “PAOK” – P.A.E. TO AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ON 17.05.2023

The Board of Directors of “PAE PAOK”, AR. M.A.E. 99130/06/B/86/77 and NO. GEMH 122030904000, in accordance with the law 4548/2018, as applicable, and its Statute, invites Messrs. Shareholders of the Company in an Extraordinary General Meeting on 17.05.2023 on Wednesday at 10.00 at the offices of PAOK PAOK on Mikras Asias Street – Toumpa Stadium in Thessaloniki.

AGENDA

Increase of the company’s share capital by payment of cash and deposits intended for increase of share capital and the issuance of new shares subject to article 28 of Law 4548/2018 and cancellation of the pre-emptive right of the old shareholders to the new increase of the Share Capital in accordance with provisions of article 27 of Law 4548/2018.

Amendment of article 7 (share capital) of the company’s articles of association.

In this Meeting, all Shareholders of the Company have the right to take part and vote, either in person or by proxy, under the terms and conditions of Law 4548/2018, as applicable, and of the PAE statute. Each share gives the right to one vote.”
