Kougias withdrew his interest in Herakles and went to Doxa Drama

Our proposal, while at first it was accepted and publicly announced in a festive event, under the auspices of the mayor of Thessaloniki, Konstantinos Zervas and with the participation of important personalities of Thessaloniki, was finally rejected by Mr. Efstratios Evgeniou, who withdrew and suggested that we buy instead of 66%, 100% of his shares, instead of an exorbitant price and in fact repayable until 31.12.2023, effectively canceling the purchase and sale and our participation in the share capital, jointly, with Mr. Papadopoulos.

Last week I had two contacts with Mr. Evgeniou, the last one was yesterday, where I was in Thessaloniki for professional obligations and the possibility of co-ownership of 50% – 50% of his shares was discussed, since Tom Papadopoulos ultimately did not wish to participate.

Today, unfortunately, the arbitration court of the EPO, under the chairmanship of the President of Appeals, Mr. Maroudis, rejected the appeal of its previous decision, which effectively vindicates all the football players of PAE Iraklis, who had not collected their agreed fees, when PAE was the owner Antonis Remos, after vindicating the footballer Mara, who is claiming the payment of accrued wages amounting to €200,000 and more, which was never paid to him by the property owned by Antonis Remos PAE Iraklis, a decision which is binding on all footballers who played in PAE Iraklis, on the property of Antonis Remou, but also footballers who also played in the PAEs that appeared later and until today, which used as a badge the mark and name of the PAEs that were seized in the past and are being liquidated and which use the mark and name Iraklis and the PAE P.O. is expected in the future. Following this development, my interest and the interest of Mr. Tom Papadopoulos is withdrawn and my personal judgment is that with this, in my judgment, wrong decision of the EPO arbitration court, for which I categorically state that the legal claims of my colleagues Mr. K. Hatziioannou and Birda, who handled it legally, were flawless in the substantive and legal part, the P.O. Triglia dissolves and football Herakles disappears from the football map of Greece, since no honest investor will accept to buy the shares of a PAE Super League 2, even the size of Herakles, since they will be obliged to participate in Super League 2, with zero revenues, which do not exceed €200,000, to pay dozens of football players, who competed without being paid by the previous PAEs, which had the sign and name “Herakles”.

Unfortunately, the illegal behavior of all the owners of PAE who followed PAE Heraklis, owned by Petros Theodoridis, in which I had the honor to be Deputy President and as its representative, Vice President of EPAE, for a decade, when Heraklis was managing and claiming a championship and cup and exits in Europe, leads the football Hercules to his disappearance from the Greek football map and following this development, all those who led us to the exit should look at themselves in the mirror and be ashamed.

There is also no doubt that the management of the team is building the new year with actions that started a long time ago.

In the context of these efforts, the President of the group Dimitris Persidis has been in contact for some time with the leading criminologist Alexis Kougia.

In the first round of exploratory contacts that were made in Athens but then in Drama as part of his recent visit, Mr. Kougias toured the team’s historic stadium and offices and met with old friends.
