How would the Premier League have been without VAR?

by

A blessing and a curse to use it VAR which of course aims to improve football. The VAR has been in recent years in global sports reality and it is interesting to see how the teams would finish it Premier League if it didn’t exist.

According to the following table h Manchester City would end the season with a 12 point difference instead of 5, from the Arsenal as the “citizens” would get an extra 5 points, while the “gunners” would get 2 less.

Manchester United and Newcastle they would stay in place with Newcastle, Tottenham and Wolves the only teams to have the same points with or without VAR.

The most important change is evident in the 7th position leading to the Europa Conference League. THE Aston Villa shows the biggest drop as he would finish in ninth place 11 points below where he finished. Her place would be taken by Bradford which would finish at 61 instead of the 59 with which he ended this season.

There are no big differences in the rest of the positions with the exception of Nottingham Forest who would finish in 14th place and Leeds who, while having 5 extra points, would not escape relegation like Leicester and Southampton.
