During his career Bensebaini played for Paradou in Algeria before coming to Europe to play for Liers.
He was followed by Montpellier where he played until 2016, when he was acquired by Rennes. His first experience in Germany was Gladbach with which from 2019 until today he recorded a total of 113 entries scoring 25 goals.
