Fines to Olympic and the Vangelis Marinakis shared by EPO.
THE Disciplinary Committee of the federation announced punishments to the red and white PAE and its president for defamatory announcements and statements in the completed season.
Specifically, a financial penalty was imposed on the club 15,100 euros for a post-game announcement Aegaleo-Olympiakos B and 15,001 euros for an announcement after the match Kallithea-Olympiakos B.
As for the owner of PAE, he was fined 20,000 euros for his statements after the derby Panathinaikos-Olympiakos during the regular season.
On the contrary, he was acquitted for an offense involving in the same match o Yannis Vrentzoswhile the decision for its announcement was of an exculpatory nature PAE Olympiacos after the first round match with Volos.
Besides, he was also released Theodoros Karipidis for his interview with betarades, while the same happened with him Alexis Kouya and the PAE Volos and Ionikos.

The EPO Disciplinary Committee made the following decisions at its last meeting.
-Imposes Vangelis Marinakis, president of PAE Olympiacos, a fine of 20,000 euros (defamation of football authorities and bodies with statements on 06.11.2022).
Releases Yiannis Vrentzos, member of the Board of Directors. of PAE Olympiacos, from the disciplinary offense attributed to him (defamation of football authorities and bodies with statements on 06.11.2022).
-Imposes a fine of 15,100 euros against PAE Olympiacos (defamation of football authorities and bodies with announcement on 05.12.2022).
-Imposes a fine of 15,001 euros against PAE Olympiacos (defamation of football authorities and bodies with announcement on 19.12.2022).
-Releases, by a majority, PAE Olympiacos from the disciplinary category attributed to it (defamation of football authorities and bodies with an announcement on 11.09.2022).
– Releases Theodoros Karypides, an official of PAE Aris, from the disciplinary offense attributed to him (defamation of football authorities and bodies in an interview published on 01.01.2023).
– Releases Alexios Kougias, as an official of PAE AEL, from the disciplinary offense attributed to him (defamation of football authorities and bodies by announcement on 19.04.2022).
– Releases, by a majority, PAE Volos from the disciplinary category attributed to it (defamation of football authorities and bodies by announcement on 06.02.2023).
-Releases PAE Ionikos from the disciplinary category assigned to it (defamation of football authorities and bodies by posting on social media on 08.01.2023).
-Imposes a fine of 834 euros against the association “Apollon Paralimniou”.
It imposes the following disciplinary penalties against Nikolaos Karabetakis, coach of the banned club:
a) a fine of 834 euros and b) a penalty of banning entry to the playing field for 15 days.
Threatens, at the expense of the insolvent association, a monetary penalty of 1,667 euros, in case of non-compliance with the penalty of banning entry to the playing field for 15 days (match of 23.04.2023, Apollon Paralimniou-Thermaikos Thermis, for the championship of the 3rd National Division ).
-Imposes a monetary penalty of 167 euros against the association “AER Afantou” (match of 14.05.2023, AER Afantou-Hellas Syros, for the championship of the 3rd National Division).
