Switzerland “suicided”, Romania hopes for first place

Switzerland led Romania 2-0 in Basel, but the Romanians managed to draw 2-2 with two goals from Mihaila in the 89th and 92nd in the derby at the top of the fourth match of the ninth qualifying group of 2024 to remain at -2 in second place from the hosts and the Swiss to miss the opportunity for “4 out of 4” after three wins in as many first matches.
